Your Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a formal dining room, formal living room, a great room and kitchen with breakfast nook. The outdoor lanai (patio) with private pool and Jacuzzi spa is fully screened. Your Villa also includes TV's w/cable in family room (also a VCR/DVD) and all bedrooms, intercom w/stereo, telephone, ceiling fans, central air and heat, laundry room, and a two-car garage with 2 bicycles.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 25" TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and sliding glass door to the pool area. The master bath features a garden tub, separate shower, double vanity, private toilet and wall mounted hair dryer.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed; bedrooms #2 and #3 have two twin beds each. Each guest bedroom also has a 19' TV, ceiling fan and clock radio. The guest bathrooms feature a bath/shower, toilet, vanity and wall mounted hair dryer. The Villa is furnished with fresh linens and towels.

The formal dining room is located off the foyer at the front of the house and features a beautiful picture window. On the opposite side of the foyer sits the formal living room, with queen hide-a-bed and also features a large picture window.

Through the foyer and to the back of the house is the family room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, a 32" TV with VCR/DVD, sofa, sofa chair, and wing chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, stove/oven, double sink w/ garbage disposal, walk-in pantry, and all the necessary pans, dishes and utensils. A separate utility room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Overlooking the pool is the breakfast nook, which is a separate area to dine adjoining the kitchen.

Off of the great room through 12' wide sliding glass doors, is the fully screened lanai with a heated private pool and Jacuzzi spa. The lanai has an outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, pool loungers and a gas grill upon request. The master bedroom and guest bath are also accessible from the lanai.
