Your Villa is located in Highlands Reserve, one of Central Florida’s most Prestigious Golf Course communities situated in a prime location along US 27 about 2 miles south of US 192. It is only 12 minutes from the Disney World Resorts and within easy reach of all other theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area. Not to mention 20 other golf courses within 20 minutes of your Villa.

I-4 is just 5 minutes to the south, which gives easy access to Florida Gulf beaches and Tampa about 70 minutes. Florida’s Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Center are about 60 minutes or the Daytona Beach area is about 90 minutes. I-4 also brings you right into Orlando where you will find Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet & Wild Discovery Cove, The Mall of Millennia, Orlando Premium Outlets, Bass Pro Shops and more all within 30 minutes of Your Villa at Highlands Reserve.

Many restaurants for any taste, supermarkets and shopping are just a short walk or drive away. Most of the restaurants are along US 192 towards Disney World.

AREA INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS

Orlando International Airport - From Airport to Villa check-in (35 minutes)
Head for the north exit via Airport Blvd. E, Exit 1B onto 528 west the Beeline Expressway (toll road). Continue on the Beeline for 10.7 miles. Merge to I-4 west toward Tampa/Disney. Stay on I-4 for 8.2 miles. Leave I-4 at Exit 64-B, this will take you straight to US 192 west. Continue west on 192 for 6.8 miles. The IPG Management Center is located on the left hand side, look for the blue/yellow building opposite Publix Supermarket. Turn left at the last light before the Hwy 27 bridge.
Tampa International Airport - From Airport to Villa check-in (70 minutes)
As you leave Tampa Airport, you must follow signs for I-4 East Orlando. Follow I-275 North towards I-4 East Orlando. Stay on I-4 about 55 miles then Exit 55 onto US 27 North towards Haines City/Clermont. Travel north about 8 miles. Exit right onto US-192 towards Disney. Travel about ½ mile to the 1st light. The IPG Management Center building will be on your right. It’s a blue and yellow building across from the Publix Supermarket.
From Villa check-in to Your Villa at Highlands Reserve (5 minutes)
From the IPG Management Welcome Center turn left at the light onto US 192. Travel west under the Hwy 27 bridge taking the long sweeping merge onto south Hwy 27. Continue 2.8 miles, turn right into Highlands Reserve then a quick right onto Bristol Lane and another quick right onto Nottingham Way. Your Villa will be at your immediate left (325).
To Orlando International Airport - A less congested route from Your Villa to the airport (35 minutes)
Leaving Highlands Reserve, turn right heading south on US 27. Continue south about 5 miles, go over I-4 turn left and enter on ramp to I-4. Travel east on I-4 about 6 miles. Take exit 62(FL417) Orlando International Airport, continue on 417 about 18 miles (several $1 tolls). Take exit #17 Boggy Creek Rd, again watch for Orlando International Airport, turn left onto Boggy Creek Rd under 417 and follow north to your terminal about 4 miles. This is the south entry to the airport.
To Disney World Resorts from Your Villa (10-15 minutes)
Leave Highlands Reserve, turn left traveling north on US 27 about 2.8 miles exit, right onto US 192 east, watch for Disney World. Travel east on 192 about 7 miles not far past the business district, watch for exits into Disney World.
